The personal data collected will be processed primarily with electronic tools and used exclusively for services linked to the issue and use of the &Co.mmunity Card. You may access your personal data free of charge at any time or have it updated, rectified or erased, or exercise any other data rights under the current legislation on personal data protection by sending an email to infoprivacy@maxandco.com or by sending a letter by regular mail service to the address below. If you would not like to provide your personal data, we will not be able to accept your enrolment in the &Co.mmunity programme. If you have reason to believe that your personal data is not being processed in accordance with requirements, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. Dedimax S.r.l.u., with registered office at Via Marino Mazzacurati no. 6, 42122 San Maurizio (Reggio Emilia) Italy, acts as Data Controller in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). We use the services of other Max Mara Group companies and third party service providers, which act as our data processors, for the management of the information systems used for data processing for the &Co.mmunity programme and for activities strictly associated with the provision of the relative service. You are reminded that if you have given specific permission to have your personal data used for CRM purposes by Max Mara Fashion Group S.r.l., the latter may process the personal data as described in the respective Privacy Notice and in compliance with the permission provided therein.
